Return Policy

15 days to return

You have 15 days from the day you receive your order to return it, without giving any reason.

What can be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept products that are unopened, unused and with everything original intact: seal, container and box. Once opened, a cosmetic product can't be resold, so we can't accept it.

If your skin reacts in any way to our products, email us at support@barrierslab.com and we'll look into it with you.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at support@barrierslab.com with your order number and the products you want to return.
  2. We'll reply with the instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the parcel using a tracked service. We are not responsible for returns lost without tracking.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If the product arrived damaged or is defective, we pay for it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the product, we'll refund you within 14 days at most, using the same payment method you used. If you return the whole order, we also refund the original standard shipping cost.

Damaged, defective or wrong products

If your order arrives damaged, a product is defective or it isn't what you ordered, email us at support@barrierslab.com within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the product and the parcel. We'll send you a new one or refund you, and if you need to send it back, we'll cover the shipping.

Returns from the United Kingdom, United States and Canada

We also accept returns from outside the EU, under the same conditions. Return shipping and any customs costs for the return are paid by the customer.

Withdrawal form

An email is enough, but if you prefer you can send us this text at support@barrierslab.com:

To Barriers Natural Innovation S.L., Carrer Rocafort 7, 08015 Barcelona, support@barrierslab.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following products: [products]. Order no. [number], received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].
