01 / The farm

It starts with
what we grow.

At our urban farm in Barcelona, we grow broccoli and daikon microgreens and lion’s mane mushrooms. We oversee each stage to understand where our ingredients come from.

How do we grow?

Vertical farming lets us adjust light, temperature and humidity. Microgreens grow in a hydroponic system; lion’s mane grows in conditions suited to its needs. Each ingredient is harvested at the right moment.

FF-Symbiotic brings together extracts of broccoli, daikon and lion’s mane grown at our farm. It connects what we grow with what we formulate.

From harvest to formula

After harvesting, the ingredients are gently dried and prepared for slow oil maceration. This process extracts their oil-soluble components for use in our formulas.
